PORTFOLIO POLICY
Portfolio inclusion is a condition of booking. Projects receiving substantial production or post-production services from Young One Studio, LLC will be represented in our public portfolio and Media Library through materials such as the title, synopsis, artwork, stills, trailers, excerpts, credits, or completed film. Unless release restrictions apply, completed projects may be hosted through an unlisted YouTube link embedded on our website.
Clients must disclose any festival, distributor, broadcaster, or platform restrictions in writing as soon as they become known. Where necessary, Young One Studio may delay publication or limit the listing to approved promotional materials until those restrictions expire. Third-party eligibility cannot be guaranteed where restrictions are not fully disclosed. By booking our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
